Buttons Disabled!

My stores Login, Update Shopping cart, Continue shopping buttons are all disabled !

NOP 3.7

Any hints as to why this is happening? logs don't contain any recent messages and i can login, update cart etc by removing the disabled flag in chrome - apart from them being disabled the site seems to function normally!

The only thing i was doing prior was adding a partial under Themes/products but i can't see that affecting the login button. I undid the changes anyway but still the same problem.

Any ideas? I'm all out.

What i am trying to determine is where in the code would it decide to add the disabled attributes to these buttons ?
Any suggestions?

Figured out what it was racking my brain about other changes. Yesterday I moved a widget (created by someone else) from the the homepage to the menu bar so its all ways in play. This widget had CSS styles for submit:disabled built right into the cshtml and was overriding the normal styles :'(
