Nopcommerce 3.9 Application started too many times

I have Nopcommercec 3.9 released to live server http://confident-steps.com.208-91-198-206.plesk-web13.webhostbox.net. But the pages are very slow to load, I noticed in Log table the event Application started is logged too many times

One shared hosting, your server shuts down every 20 minutes of inactivity. :)

What should I do then? I have contacted the company and they told me everything is OK!

This is expected to happen on a shared hosting.

NopCommerce is very rich in features and heavy on resources too. Ideally, the memory consumption of the application will be moderate but at times it could reach high. The shared hostings are generally very low graded and often fail or restart app pools when the allocated/threshold hardware consumption limit is met by any application running.

This happened in my case and after long hours of investigation and months of understanding, finally found that NopCommerce is no longer an application meant for low end/shared hostings. Try everleap.com they are one of the best hosting providers out there. Though comparatively, it will be high in price, you will have to compromise on this if you really want to unleash NopCommerce, you will surely notice the difference in speed, reliability and uptime.

Seems like I will change my plan in this hosting company.

One of my websites was taking 2 full minutes to load the main page. Turned out that the HTTP Keep Alive setting on the server was off. Make sure it is on.
