One image is sized differently than the others with Cloud Zoom

Hello!  We have Cloud Zoom width and height set to 390px.  This works for almost every image on our site.  There is one (at least one that I have found) which uses 215px for the width and height of the zoom window.  I can't find anywhere in our code or admin console where this is set differently, but I'm definitely no expert.  Is there anywhere I should look to determine the cause of this anomaly?

I'm not sure what to change there in the media section, but everything looks okay.

The image is the same size as the other images: 800x800.  As a test, I put another image in place of this one and that image also gets the small zoom window.  So, any image in this place on this product is getting a small zoom and I can't seem to find any other place it misbehaves.

Cloud Zoom is not a default plugin, it's third party plugin, so it would be more better to ask them with ticket or own forum.
