Add description to discounts

It would be nice if you could add a description to a discount and have the description show to the end customer. Some of the requirements for a discount can be complicated and it would be nice if you could explain that to the customer.

I think the description should show on the Product page and in the Cart/Checkout when it's applied.

Maybe one of the plugins such as QuickHTML could help, but yes your suggestion is good.
