What happens if you choose to disable ALERT/WARNING for eu cookie warning?

In the ADMIN (Settings/ All settings (advanced) ). It is possible to choose to set the "storeinformationsettings.displayeucookielawwarning" warning to be "False" or "True".

If it is set "False", will there be no recordings of the Cookies?

Right, when disabled then cookies won't be set for visitors (new ones)
