Failed to retrieved Estimate shipping when press estimate shipping button

Dear All,

Failed to retrieved Estimate shipping when press estimate shipping button i have set "Shipping by weight" and  have also entered values for calculation but when i press Estimate shipping Button Error message occur "Failed to retrieved Estimate shipping"


Please Help if any one can...

Can you check in error log and provide full stack error.

If you don't see any errors in the system log, then it could be an AJAX issue - turn on the browser debugging (e.g. F12), but you will need to know what to look for (e.g. Console tab, Network tab)

I don't think that error is related.   "Clear log" if you can, then Estimate Shipping, then immediately check the log.
If you checkout normally, do you see shipping methods?
