Nop 3.9 gives dll issue

Hello,


After successfully built the solution, I was published the code with "Release - any cpu".
but it is not published well,gives an dll related issues.


2>SGEN : error : Could not load file or assembly 'file:///E:\nopCommerce_3.90_Source\packages\Autofac.4.4.0\lib\net45\Autofac.dll' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
