What could have caused this?  It happened on nopCommerce 3.80 hosted on Everleap with Power Pack enabled.

I assume that you're not using any third party plugins, which cause this issue, if that's the case:

After reading the forum topic on "Reducing the memory usage on startup", I replaced the 40 MB browscap.xml with the stripped down version.  I hope that will help to prevent a recurrence of the OutOfMemoryException.
