Rentals - Allow for multiple bookings of a product if the product is not already rented or in transit between dates X and Y

Hi NOPCommerce,

I've been reviewing NOPCommerce 3.9 and it's rental feature for an upcoming project. For a rental product I have provided a stock qty of 1, have disabled back orders and have assigned a delivery date of 1-2 days.

If User 1 purchases (rents) the product for October 18-20, and then User 2 wants to rent the product for October 28-31, User 2 currently cannot rent the product as its deemed out of stock, when it should not be.

It would be great to have this feature where:
1. A single product can be rented multiple times
2. The unavailable dates in the calendar are greyed out
3. When i click the 'End Date' calendar it starts from the day after the 'Start Date' and not today's date.
