Reward points updation

I have enabled reward points option. When a user get registered on my store he is getting the points. When a user purchased a product he get to know how much points he will earn but these points are not adding in his accounts.

Hi Ibrahim,

Please go through this guide from nopCommerce documentation and make sure you configured it correctly. Kindly let us know if after configuring it's still not resolved.

All fields are available and i have fixed the values but reward points activation field is not available. Might be this is the reason. I am using 3.80 version.

Hi,

All settings looks good. It should work. I'm not sure why its not working. Does the points are not visible on his profile on front-end? Did you checked on admin panel, customer profile page? If you see it there then it may be theme related issue.

Hi,

Just a question - is order paid, and order has status of complete? Have you changed status manually or provide all steps including shipping?
