After Installing in IIS not displaying properly in Client Side

After nopCommerce Ver. 3.9 is installed and run in IIS, the images, slider etc. are not displaying properly from the client side using ipaddress/webapplicationName.

But when it's browsed on the server side via localhost/webapplicationName everything displays correctly.

please help, what is the problem and what are the possible ways to fix this?
