These two plugins are now available for nopcommerce3.9. The admin side views for both plugins are updated. A feature have been added to NOPEXPRESS (CATEGORY WITH PRODUCTS) plugin that the category images are not mandatory. But user can add category images and get the exact view which is shown at the picture of the plugin. The download links are respectable
