nopCommerce template creation from ready HTML template

We are setting up a nopCommerce store, it is installed on a server (3.9), as a next step we need help with converting ready HTML store template into nopCommerce template.

If anybody can help, would be great.

I would not do such a thing, there were no option to select a username - anyone can try to register again.
