Discount per item

Unable to access http://docs.nopcommerce.com/

Would like to learn if there is a way to set a discount that deducts a fixed $ from each product by the same manufacturer i.e.

USD20 for each item listed under Reebok - can be shoes, shirts, shorts, etc

Shoes USD150
Shirt USD100
Shorts USD80

Once customer applies the promo code:

Shoes USD130
Shirt USD80
Shorts USD60

Currently using NopCommerce 3.7

Please advise.

Yes, create a Discount with type = "Assigned to manufacturers".
