B2B Shop with nopCommerce 4.0

Hello,

i want to make a B2B Shop with the new nopCommerce 4.0

Requirements:
1. the User must be loged in to see some Price
2. i want no payments like paypal or so....
   the User must be checkout without pay in the Shop !!!
   the Users are only B2B Users and become the Invoice later direct from another System

is this possible to do with nopCommerce ?

Yes, it is possible. For one of our customers we already made that task. Even developed plugin to made orders without payment method.
That is for nopCommerce.

Another question, what data need to be transfered to/from external (ERP?) system? Will it be also a matter of that integration?

we need no special with ERP or something....
only the Clients must be first logged in to see the prices
and they must send the Order without payment method...
this means only a customer who is logged in see the prices and can send a Order....

the Shop Owner and the Customer must only become an E-Mail with the Order Data and nothing else special....
the Shop Owner send then the Things to his B2B Client and send him also the Invoice by Hand....

this is all...

it is no ERP included! the Shop Owner works only with the nopCommerce Shop

What about registration? Everyone may register? Any validation (for example need to add VAT valid number) required?
Or simply close store for guest, and allow register and making order to everyone?
If second option (register and making order to everyone) is enough, than all you need is our plugin to enabled making order without payment processor.

everyone > guests can see the Articles but without price...
and also the guests cannot send or but something in the Basket....
only see the Articles....

a new B2B Client must can be register in the Shop...
the Register Data must send then to the ShopOwner via E-Mail
he will check this Data by Hand and when is Ok he gives by Hand the new B2B Client the permission
to login into the Shop... before this check the Client cannot Login....

and from this point the Client can login > see the prices > can make Products in the Basket > and send the Order without
some payment.....
