Shipping Director Upgrade

I've posted the same question here (https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/49517/shipping-director-upgrade-charge-question.aspx) but am hoping I can find better assistance here. I've been using the trial version of the shipping director plugin for nopCommerce 3.7 for some time now and am planning on purchasing the domain license for this plugin within 3 to 6 weeks. I am also planning on upgrading nopCommerce for all of my websites to 3.9 sometime later.

The question that I have is will I need to purchase the plugin a second time if I perform an upgrade for nopCommerce from 3.7 to 3.9?

Currently, there is no charge for upgrade. See the policy here.
(Just download/install the Trial for the version you need, and use your existing License.txt file)

In the policy it mentions that upgrades are free (with included license) for versions 1.x only. Based on this information, I should be able to upgrade Shipping Director from 1.29 (nop 3.7) to 1.33 (nop 3.9), or any newer release of nopCommerce just as long as Shipping Director is at or below 1.99? Is this correct?

I just want to be completely sure before I purchase anything.

That's correct.  In the future there may be a 'major' upgrade, like 2.00, and the policy might change.  Even then, there would be a '1 year from purchase date' period that the upgrade would be free.

That's great to hear. I have another question regarding an issue I'm having with incorrect shipping rates, but I think I will post that in a new post.

Woops, before I do that, I just have one more question.

I have multiple websites that I would like to apply the plugin to. (i.e. this.com, that.com, etc.) Currently, each website runs on the same installation of nopCommerce 3.7, but is another theme. So essentially, if I install a plugin on one website I see it in every website.

I'm just not sure what to enter for the "Enter domain:" field on the product page in nopTools.com. The evaluation version I've installed works already for every website, but if I enter an explicit domain when I purchase the plugin, will the plugin only work for that one website and be disabled/inactive for the rest?

I hope this makes sense. If not, I will do my best to clarify.

The product page explains that:

...  If you are using the multiple store capability introduced in NopCommerce 3.00, then you will need to purchase a license for each store.  After purchase you can download the License from My Account > Downloadable Products.  Put the downloaded License.txt file in the plugin folder, and either restart the web application, or go to Admin > Configuration > Plugins > click Reload Plugins button.  (For multiple store, each license file generated is still called License.txt;  be sure to name each uniquely when putting them in the plugin folder - the prefix must remain "License", so add a suffix - e.g. License_Store1.txt .)

Do note:  the Domain license requires that all the stores run within the same domain - e.g.  www.mydomain.com,  store1.mydomain.com, store2.mydomain.com, etc.   If your apps will run in different domains - e.g.  www.mydomain.com, www.anotherdomain.com, then you need individual URL License files.
