TinyMCE in public views fails to load plugin, theme and skil because of url

Hi,

I have a public view with a simple rich text editor(tiny mce).
Everything works fine until I am in production with "SEO friendly URLs with multiple languages enabled" enabled.

TinyMCE fails to load the theme,skin and plugin files because it tries to load it from wrong path.

Please help, Thank you.
