Problem in calling css and js in 4.0 version

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to updated my old theme of version 3.9, all the view pages are converted in asp.net core. I am having problem in calling my theme's css and js on the layout page. Can anyone tell me on which page css and js should be called and how?

themes/yourtheme/views/shared/head.cshtml

go to
themes/defaultClean/views/shared/head.cshtml
copy it and modify
