Theme Updation 4.0

Hi everyone,

I want to update my nopcommerce 3.9 version theme to 4.0 version. Can anyone tell me the step by step procedure of updation of theme. Also please tell that is it necessary to use coponents folder in our theme.

in nop 4.0 case I suggest to start all over, go view by view and make your changes

if u wish to see the changes u can commit a version and copy the new views and see the changes.
once again since version 4.0 has too many changes I would have start from scratch

You need to make changes in the each and every view as there are many changes in the razor code for the widget and other function calling in the Nop 4.0 (aspnetcore).

I would suggest to use diffmerge and compare view pages for 3.90 and 4.00

This way it will be easy to manage and estimate time as well
