My nopCommerce website has been hacked but the company that set it up has disappeared and I am not sure how to  access the admin panel.

The hosting company told me to login to the nopCommerce admin panel and check if there is some kind of redirection set up to nurno.com and remove it but I don't know how to as I am not an expert in this field.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Can you even log in to nopCommerce?
(Do you know the version of nopCommerce?)

Do you have access to (can log in to) the hosting's "control panel"?  Or, have access to the site using FTP?

It seems your domain has been hacked not nopcommerce site because its redirecting to another domain..suggested to check you domain DNS and redirection setting with your domain admin panel and remove inappropriate NS records/IP to secure yourself

Hi Monish
Thank you for replying to my post.
I have managed to access the DNS Zone and there are 6 records. 4 are IP addresses starting 185. and they are all the same then 2 are ns3 and ns4.aspnethosting.co.uk.
Should I remove the others.

Hi,

Please remove all the IP address and remove NS record if didnt belongs to your domain provider

You can compare NS records from other domain if you in same account

After removal i hope your domain will be safe and will stop redirection thats injected by hackers
