USPS Shipping provider problem

Currently it looks like I am unable to get the USPS plugin to show up properly when it is a guest account as near as I can tell.  The shipping option appears to show up fine if I have an standard account but not as a guest account.  I did get it to show up at one point but it looks like international rate is getting applied to the guest shipping.

Would you elaborate on "unable to... show up properly "?
Also, check the System > Log just after you step through the checkout / shipping method page, to see if any errors show up.
