Problems with A2Hosting and exe files on nopcommerce 4.00

A2 hostin has been disabled my website after upgrade to 4.0 because the proc Nop.Web.exe is running the letter below:

This is to notify you, that we had to stop your website 'sample.com' as it is running an exe based .net core application which is not permitted in our shared server environment. Allowing to run exe files on shared server is a potential risk for all the clients sharing the resources.

What is  the better solution for this case?

We've discussed it with a2hosting team. Please contact its support. They can enable it for SCD application (disabled by default)

You can reach out to me direct as well and I will be sure that we get you taken care of.  We are working on a long term solution but for now you should be okay to run the application without issue.  If you have a ticket number I would be happy to look into it and get things fixed up for you.
