How to setup and use Google Shopping?

Hello,

I'm using nopCommerce 3.90 with source.

Does anybody know how to setup and use Google Shopping?

I configured it using the settings that are in the documentation: http://docs.nopcommerce.com/display/en/Google+shopping

I saved my settings and when I click on the Generate feed button, it takes a while, but it creates a file in my server's /Content/files/ExportImport called "1-".

The last step in the documentation says to Click on the Generated file path (static) link to download generated product feed.  When I do that, it gives this error screen: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Idv8BQk5k6dBWSV6UOT7iF50-sxmEzAW/view?usp=sharing

The config screen says •Specify default tax values in your Google Merchant Center account settings.  When I go to my Google Merchant Account Settings\Tax settings, there is nothing there to specify a default tax value.

I would like to know how to use the feed file that is created and how to get the file into the Google Merchant Center.
