UPS Shipping Estimator Errors

I have two websites the first is https://killerfoodplots.com running on version 3.7 that completely breaks when trying to estimate UPS shipping. And I also have https://www.loopamerica.com running on 3.8 with the same UPS Settings as Killer Food Plots, but the shipping computation works on Loop America. Is there something that changed in version 3.8?
