can't send messages to gmail customers

hi, my customers with gmail account never receive messages from my website. When i send test mails from outlook, it works fine. but, it didn't work on website, it simply can't be sent. Can anyone help?

Hi, did you check the nopcommerce logs if there are any errors in sending?

If there are no errors, can you check the email in spam folder?
