Could not connect to database

Hello
   I have installed nopcommerce version 3.80 on my windows server but when i click on login it shows following error "A delegate registered to create instances of 'System.Web.HttpSessionStateBase' returned null." i am not getting the error is it because my database connection is not established or any other error is there please help me with that thank you in advance.

Are you trying to authenticate(login) using one of external authentication methods?
