A2 hosting and Nopcommerce 4.0

Hello everyone, I want to deploy my nopcommerce project on a A2 hosting, but I want to know your opinion about this hosting service? All pros and cons of A2 hosting? and your own experience about A2 hosting?

I'm using A2 hosting and I am very satisfied with service. Nevertheless, I have difficulties while attempt to install Nop 4.10.

Installation steps:

1. Upload zip file with all files nopCommerce_4.10_NoSource.zip
2. Extract files
3. Create database
4. Start installation by running site in browser
5. I get installation form which I populate with appropriate data (username, pass, database etc.)

After I click the "Install" button, I got following error.

Setup failed: Cannot find the object "dbo.QueuedEmail" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.

Since the installation is very simple, and you do not have much place to create mistake, does anyone has experience with these type of error?

Is it because of A2 hosting, or installation process is not completed appropriate?

Since I never liked install process in Nop, I created new procedure. Now I can install Nop much faster and have no trouble with this steps that KrzysztofPajak noticed and described in Github.

A2 hosting does not yet support .Net Core 2.1.  The highest version supported is 2.0, therefore, the highest version of NopCommerce they can run currently is 4.0, since 4.1 requires .Net Core 2.1.

That's good news, and somewhat peculiar. I was hoping to upgrade our 4.0 solution to 4.1 and host it with them. I contacted both A2 hosting technical support and A2 sales, and both confirmed that they don't offer .Net Core 2.1. They also told me that they can't tell me when it will be available.  Not quite sure what to make of this now.
