One page chekout not working in nopcommerce 4.0 (Urgent Help Required)

I have noticed a unique problem during checkout. As I go to cart and click the checkout button I land on the checkout page till here everything is fine but as I enter billing address and press next to go to the shipping address it redirects me to the shopping cart.

Please Note: This happens if I enable one-page checkout in (admin/configuration/setting/order setting/use one-page checkout – is enabled



If I disable one-page checkout it works fine.

Hello Vijay,

Do you have any customization in your nopCommerce webiste? If yes, please share details of customization so we could know what may be the issue.

However, this nopCommerce feature works fine out of box. I never noticed any issue with this.

Was it ever working?  (did it just start happening?)

You may want to try setting a machine key.

I have recently upgraded my nopcommerce version from 3.8 to 4.0, It was working well in 3.8. I recently purchased nop pavilion theme but I don't think that there is any issue with the theme because when I disable the theme the checkout issue still persists in the default theme. I have uninstalled all the 3rd party theme to check but that also does not work.

with this, there is an alternate problem with payment method restriction page when I try to save this page it gets disappear or you can say payment method restriction page does not work.

Hello Vijay,

Certainly theme must not be causing issues but any plugin that shipped with theme may be causing this issue.

Do you have a test site?

Hello Atul,

I don't have a test site now, so do you suggest me to uninstall the plugins received with the theme and test the function again. I have received 13 plugins with this theme.

I have installed the following theme with 13 plugins attached with that

Yes please uninstall all these plugins and check if your problem still persists. This way we can figure out what could be causing this issue.

Also, please check nopCommerce log for errors.

Hello Vijay,

Maybe you missed something while upgrading to nopCommerce 4.00.
You can check this issue via debugging code in CheckoutController/OpcSaveBilling method because you are getting redirected after save billing address as you said.
