localized tabs not working

Hello i have v3.8 installed and localized tabs not working properly.
I have installed 2 languages and works onle one at the admin area.
Any ideas?

Anyone i have installed greek and english

Also i run nosource version

I'd like to share that the character - was making the problem. After removing it from the language description works fine.

Make sure both languages are published.
