Can I edit admin layout in a theme?

Hello there!

My query is as such. We can create themes to edit the customer side of the platform using a theme we put in the themes directory. Clear.

Can we use a theme to edit the admin side of the website somehow? Now, I know one can easily go into Nop.Admin and change the layout there by editing Views and CSS files, BUT can I upload a theme into Nop.Admin?

No you cannot use a theme same as front side to change in ADMIN layout of nopCommerce. If you want something, you need to directly edit view pages or use a plugin to do that on runtime.
