want to add site commission from vendor per order
for example a product price 200
we have order
after finish i will give the vendor 190 as site commission is 5% of order ( our site profit )

Not exactly sure what you are asking ? Of course all sales through the website use the same payment methods and so if you manage the payment method you receive and account for all the income. It is then easy for you to only send 95% of the sales income to the vendor for the particular product items sold for the vendor.
If you are asking if the website can produce a report or keep track of the commisions, well depending on how your system is setup you could use the Price and Product cost field with the Product Cost (Paid to vendor) being 5% less thant the Price (Paid by Customer).
Another thing you can do is export sales to excel and track it all that way.

You get what i mean , my role is giving the vendor the account to add products by himself , then he who will write the product cost , but i need to make the product cost fill automatic after the vendor write the price , because in huge numbers of vendors , will be difficult to calculate manual outside the side

Commission depend on vendor and product types , like taxes depend on product categories

Although Price and Product cost fields have a function and the vendor may want to use them for their purpose. I think the best way is to implement it in your vendor policy. Simply state that the vendors pays a commission (which is reviewed over time) on all sales. You have their money and so you only pay them 95% (or policy fee) of their sales. In that way they set their prices independent of the your system. No need to really do anything. It all happens in the backend calculations they sell 10 x $10 items you keep $5 pay them $95.

Ok where the vendor can see total money will get at period of dates , not whole the time , like from 1-4 to 6-4
