Hi All,

This may seem to be a very basic question and hopefully it is. I currently have a sitemap for my website (www.fibertronics.com/sitemap.xml), the problem is that this was not created by nopCommerce but rather by a 3rd party website.

Does nopCommerce have the ability to generate its own sitemap.xml file and if so, where is this done and where is the file found once it has been generated?

Thank you :)

Yes. Enable and configure it as you wish in General Settings (in Advanced mode)

Hi Tecnofin,

Thanks for the response, I can most certainly see the section for it in the demo admin, alas not in in our own admin. I have the feeling I somehow ended up with the budget version or something along those lines. regardless, your answer is correct however it appears this has not been setup correctly for us by our provides (I remain un-surprised).

Out of interest, commonsettings.sitemapenabled is set to True on All stores. :)

Thanks :)

I cannot generate sitemap.xml on version 3.90

Not via configuration
Nor using ima9ines CORE+sitemap.xml plugin

Can anyone advise how this basic issue can be resolved?

Thanks

Yeah, this really sucks, there's no answer I can find. . .   once we turn all the settings TRUE for the sitemap, where can we see the sitemap? What link do we submit to Google Search Console? Is nopCommerce that far behind the times?

you have three guesses:
A./  www.yourdomain.com/i-voted-for-trump-my-iq-is-the-same
B./  www.yourdomain.com/i-am-that-far-behind-the-times-that-i-cant-read-1post-back-before-being-arrogant
C./  www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

In v. 2.60 it is under http://www.YourSite.com/Common/SitemapSEO

I have sent this URL to the Google Search Console and they accepted it.
