Payment Methods - Cash (on delivery)

We are using the Payment methods - Payments.CheckMoneyOrder in order to be able to allow the customers to Pay in Cash.

We were able to change the Friendly Name to "Cash (on delivery)"... however, in the Checkout - Payment Method section it shows:

  Cash (on delivery)
  "Pay by cheque or money order"
  
How do we change the Description (sub-title) to something like "Pay in Cash upon delivery"?
We do not want to disclose anything about Money Order or Checks... only CASH.   
  
btw... the original description should say... "Pay by check or money order" ... cheque is in spanish... lol

Note: We are using nopCommerce (no-source-code version) ver 4.0 so changes must be done within the cshtml pages.
