I can't edit the info boxes on the index page. I'm at Nop-templates > Themes > Emporium > Settings > Info Boxes Settings. I can disable them, but I can't edit "Info box title" or "Info Box Text". What's wrong? That's the place I'll have to edit them, right?

yes, this is the correct place to edit the Info-boxes in the Emporium theme. If the changes you make are not being saved this is not expected behavior.

You might be using a Multistore and editing the info-boxes for the wrong store. Or since the boxes are localized - you might be editing the wrong language.
