HI, hoping someone can help as soon as possible as we have the following issue on a large, multi-store site that's just been upgraded from 3.7 to 4.00.

We get the following error on various sections of the website:

InvalidOperationException: The view 'Components/StoreScopeConfiguration/Default' was not found.

There's a 'StoreScopeConfiguration.cs' file in the source code located in Areas > Components >but the above file doesn't exist?

Please note, this error doesn't show on the dev site if there's only a single store listed... the issue arrises as soon as you add a second store (or more).

This is a huge issue at the moment... any help would be very much appreciated!!

Regards,
Craig

Hello,

Can you confirm location of this viewpage?

Areas > Admin > Views > Shared > Components > StoreScopeConfiguration > Default.cshtml

Please reply this so we could answer your query.

Thank you,

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

As it happens, yes... I've literally just found the file - it's in both the source, local and live sites.

Unfortunately not... the file is there, but the error is still there :(

I may have narrowed it down! Tried a clean install of 4.00, added two sites and didn't get the error.

We have the GDPR plugin (tmotions) installed, and I've uninstalled the plugin... looks like the error has gone!

I'll report back.

Installed the Tmotions.GDPR plugin on a clean install of 4.00 (with two sites) and the error is there!

Looks like that is the issue!
