[NOP 4.0] Message templates - conditions. Different message for a different Shippment Courier?

Hi!
i'm wondering is possible send different message for people who choose different shippment courier.
Example:

1. Courier nr 1
2. Courier nr 2
3. Take in shop

We want send different message to person who pick up order in our shop (tips how to go to us etc). And different message to people who choose courier (tips how long they need to wait for they order).


Example 2. Payments
1. COD
2. Credit Card
3. Card or Cash In shop

We want give different information for a person who choose COD, and different for people who want pay in shop.


Is this possible in default NOP 4.0?
