New project, using nop dev branch as remote. Running update script multiple times?

Hello.

I am currently working on a new project using version 4.1 of nopcommerce. I am fetching new updates with nop dev branch as remote. Every now and then things get added to the updatescript. Can i run the updatescript multiple times without getting problems?

Merging new stuff into my project from nop dev branch seems to be working great, and since this project wont go live until fall, i dont see any problems doing it this way.
