e-mail configuration on 4.0

Hi I setup nopCommerce on Azure, and when I set my yahoo small biz mail [email protected] at Configuration -> Email accounts
I cannot pass the "send test email", the error message is: Failure sending mail.
Here is my setting, did I miss anything?  thanks.

Error 404. The requested page (/scheduletask/runtask) was not found
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

This is strange.. Can you try to setup a gmail account and see if it works? I mean we need to check what works and what not to troubleshoot in this case I think.

I have tried out the gmail, it passed the "send test email", but still cannot send email to any customer.

I forgot to mention the log message is related to gmail.
