IE not adding to cart or keeping state

Hello,
I am trying to add product to the cart within my website and can't seem to while using internet explorer.  Is there a setting I'm missing?  I'm using nop 4.0 and was able to reproduce this on the demo site (http://demo.nopcommerce.com).  This works fine in chrome and firefox but not IE.  

After clicking on the products "add to cart" button, a message comes up saying that it is added to the cart, but once you go to the cart page, it says it is empty.  


Any thoughts?

What version - must be old - Version 11 works fine for me

Were you able to add to cart and visit the shopping cart to see that item?

maybe you can try remove and re-install IE

Check your IE Privacy tab Settings. Be sure you're not blocking cookies.
