it's not a bug, but I see that the page manufacturer/all missing in

sitemap.xml

I think there isn't any page like manufacture/all in nopcommerce.

Can you please share your exact issue.

Yes,

the page exit: http://demo.nopcommerce.com/manufacturer/all

for SEO purpose it could be better have a link in sitemap/sitemap.xml

Furthermore is could be more better if is possible to localized content and url
