When i create a new sub category where do I edit the html code ?
The software creates a new view ?

No, system do not create a new view. By default each category using one view - CategoryTemplate.ProductsInGridOrLines

You may create new template - http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/Admin/Template/CategoryTemplates
Before that, you need to (well, you should) made another view and upload it to proper folder.
Next, you will be able to choose category template from admin panel.
