Been running version 4.0 for a few months and everything has been working great. Yesterday got a call from a customer and said the search in the header wasn't working, returned nothing. So I checked it out, and sure enough, no matter what I type, nothing is returned. Then noticed in the Admin area Products, searching for any products, returns nothing. Rebooted server, and problem was still there. Using Default Clean theme.
Just noticed too that "Full-Text is not supported by your database" is not available in the General Settings. The database does have a FT npCommerceFullTextCatalog though and has been working until this problem came up. I rebuilt the FT and now the searches are working, however the admin panel still shows it is not supported. FT services are running and checking the server, it shows it is installed and it is working fine in other databases.
Ideas, thoughts, suggestions?
