Hello, I've created a Plugin called "Check Region", here is a short write up:
We developed this plugin because we were getting a lot of foreign traffic that was bombarding us with spam mail and false sales. So now we only allow regions we want into our website: US and CA!
This plugin validates an IP off the NopCommerce DB and off of a 3rd party IP Lookup service. If found, it will add that IP to the DB so future look ups won't happen. We also cache it for that session so the over head on your website is very minimual You will have an interface in the admin screen to view, delete, update IPs that were blocked. People blocked will receive a 403 website error.
I need about 2-3 Beta Testers. I created a "checkout" process that needs tested and then just a general feel of how the plugin works.
