Latest code of nopcommerce

I am new to nopcommerce and I have a question about latest code.

Major versions are released every n months e.g 4.1 was released about a month ago. Next version is 4.2.
As of now master branch contains only the code up to 4.1 release or includes any other fixes after 4.1 was released?

I think master branch have 4.10 code.

If you get further fixed issue code than you can get it from develop branch.

We are interested in integrating nopCommerce into our .Net Core 2.1 platform which is running on Linux with POSTGRESQL as the DB.

From what I have read nopCommerce will support Linux from 4.2?

I have 4 questions:

1.) When is 4.2 Beta version scheduled for release?
2.) When is 4.2 Production / Official version scheduled for release?
3.) Will nopCommerce be able to support other DB's in 4.2 besides MSSQL? If not when?
4.) If 4.2 release is to far away for our timeline and we decide to start our development with 4.1 on Windows what will the migration path be for us when 4.2 is released and we need move to nopCommerce on Linux on 4.2?

4.20 will be released about March-April 2019 according to this post.
It take about 2 weeks from first release to beta release. About.
Question about other DB is directed to nopCommerce team.

Same here, I a few months away from the 10gb limit and am very interested in migrating from MS SQL Express.
