Upgrading 3.8 to 4.1 Invalid Column errors.

Hi,

I am moving my site from version 3.8 to 4.1 but when i upgraded the visual studio project throws error after compilation. Invalid columns error.

Also when i run upgrade scripts it also throw errors. Query completed with errors...


Error while running upgrade script on sql server as follows. This error was on first upgrade means during 3.8 to 3.9. Please guide me with the process.
