I want to integrate WooCommerce Plugin to NopCommerce because it is not officially supported in nop. So Is there a way to do that.. if possible please guide me through.

How do you want to integrate? WooCommerce is a complete eCommerce software in itself and so is nopCommerce.
How do you intend to use two software together?
PS. BTW if you are talking about integrating with Wordpress in particular, it's explained here.

Yes, but you need to have knowledge about .NET. You have source of the plugin in PHP, than you may simply develop new plugin to nopCommerce based on source code of PHP. But those two language are different, so not simply copy paste need to be done.
If you would like to create new plugin, I recommend to start with documentation.
