asking about best scenario to make data entry for my products

i have 10k product want to have best scenario to add them quickly for version 4
contains descriptions and pictures on my local storage

Use the Import.
Set up spreadsheets with about 1000 products each  (because larger files import slowly)
The path to the Pictures must be accessible by the site/system, so you need to upload picture files to the host server if your site is not also local.

that i have for example
20 products assign to same vendor , manufacture , category , so what i want to have to data entry just name of product , description price , shipping , inventory , pictures

In Excel, you can copy/paste the categories, manufacturers, etc.
