Shipping Fee not Implemented

Hi all,

I would like to introduce international shipments and there will be a fee as opposed to free domestic shipments. Current options:
1- Shipment (free)
2- In Store Pick up (free)

So I just created a third one called International Shipment and added a fixed rate of 50 however when I see the fee is not reflected at any point during the checkout process.  




What is the best way to implement this?

What version of nopCommerce?
Which shipping rate provider are you using - Fixed or By Weight?

Shipping will be free / $0, and override the calculation, when other conditions apply - check your settings....
- Free over X (cart total)
- Free Shipping on Product - if all items in the cart are marked Free, then the cart is free
- Free Shipping on Role
- Discount on shipping

- Free over X (cart total)

- Discount on shipping


Where are these settings?

PS: I added weight and size data to the product in case that was an issue but it didn't help

The Fixed Rate provider does not have ability for country specific rates.  Usd By Weight if you need that.

The first setting listed above is in Administration: Settings > Shipping Settings.   The others are as indicated (e.g. "on Product", "on Role", "Discount".)

You did not show a screen capture of the Shipping Method selection page during checkout.   Are all three fixed rate methods presented?  Two of them that you show on the Fixed configuration page are for 0.00 amount.

Actually I see Shipping method restrictions option for Fixed Rate as well, but since users are not able to enter Country in the address field this is not relevant at the moment.

On the product itself there is no free shipping but an Additional Shipping Fee field. I filled it to see it's impact, still nothing. Also I found Discount, Customer Role pages and free shipping is not marked in them either.

Yes, all 3 are available and all of them result with the empty fee field.


I now tried Shipping by Weight as well with an Additional Fixed Cost and it did not help either:

A thought, in the settings I see the fees in USD however the prices on the website are TRY - could that be the issue? If so why the settings are in USD rather than the website currency?

Found the Free Shipping setting in Products' Advanced settings, apparently that was the issue. Thanks for the help!

Now this is implemented, under each product listing it shows "excluding shipping" which clutters the screen. I tried to leave the "Resource Name" free but apparently that is not allowed. How could I remove this text?

I believe those settings are in the Catalog Settings in the Tax section (be sure you are in Advanced mode)
