Checkout attributes with percentage

Hi all,

I would like to know if this is possible to have checkout attributes using percentage instead of fixed amount.
In my case, a comission of 10% is added at every order. To do so, I would like to add a checkout attribute. However, it seems that percentage checkout attributes are not supported

How to do that ? Is there any plugin that I can use for that purpose ?
If this task required development, what needs to be updated ?

I'm not aware of any plugin that can do it.  Have you considered adding the fee on to shipping or payment method:
Payment Method "Additional fee. Use percentage", or Shipping FixedByWeightByTotal?
