Hi Andrei,
I didn't see announcements regarding, is there a roadmap planned and I missed it?

Please find a list of all work items for 4.20 here. It's not a complete list of tasks for 4.20 (we're planning to add more work items to it).

I also would like to highligh our main priorities for 4.20:
1. Performance and scalability
2. Linux support

We plan to release it on March-April 2019

Hi Andrei,
I wached itemlist but still there's nothing regarding ACL to rule payment and shipping methods.

This is an important feature, because it allows NopCommerce to suit different shopping strategies.
In my case this feature is crucial, as I can't use nopcommerce for B2B, as prices, quantities, delivery methods and fares, etc. are different among customer groups, and in fact I must use ERP rather than web cart.

Is it possible to include this feature?
Thank you in advance for your reply

@infinito62

Plugins have "Limited to customer roles".  In the Admin > Local Plugins list, Click the Edit button next to a plugin.  The setting is in the dialog.

RE: "... ACL to rule [...] shipping methods."
Do you mean "methods", or "providers"?  Methods would be like Ground, Next Day Air, etc.  I think it would be difficult to use ACL to control methods, because the methods depend on the shipping provider / plugin.  The core nopCommerce does not really know what they are.  (i.e. they are stored in the plugins settings in various formats)

Hi Andrei,

Will there be "Forgot Username" feature in the new upgrade?  It would be a great feature for returning customers.

Thanks.

Yes, but you can limit the plugin to a customer role, not load twice with different configurations for each other.

Thanks.  I do not know what that means though?

@loulou
infinito62 was responding to my reply.  To see if your feature will be in the next release, see the link provided above by Andrei.

True, but that may not really be considered "ACL".  For example, Fixed or By Weight By Total, would probably need to be enhanced with an additional Role field in the "Criteria".  (And, as mentioned before, nopCommerce core does not control other shipping provider plugins).

(P.S.  Shipping Director and Payment Director can do such conditional methods and rate calculations)

Very good to hear that Performance is a high priority, performance is one of the most important "features" for a modern webshop. Customers are becoming more and more impatience :-)

Can I add a bug (i think) to this list?

Checkout Attributes 'Enable Option' is not working in 4.1.  It keeps on saying 'No attribute exists that could be used as condition.'  This used to work fine in 3.9.
